Is this a subscription?
No. CalSync is a one-time purchase with a lifetime license and free updates. You pay once and own it.
Do I need Developer Mode or technical skills?
It depends on your device. reMarkable 1 and 2 don't need Developer Mode — the app connects over USB or WiFi and walks you through setup with a built-in connection check. reMarkable Paper Pro, Move, and Pure require Developer Mode enabled first. And with Universal Mode, any PDF-capable tablet needs no Developer Mode at all — you generate the planner and transfer it manually.
Which calendars and devices are supported?
Google, Apple iCloud, and Outlook calendars. Devices: reMarkable 1, 2, Paper Pro, Move, and Pure — plus iPad and Android tablets via Universal Mode. The desktop app runs on macOS and Windows.
Will syncing erase my handwritten notes?
Never. Your handwriting is fully preserved every time you regenerate or re-sync a planner.
